Fructose Friendly ANZAC Biscuits

ANZAC BISCUITS | I've modified a family recipe to created these fructose friendly and dairy free ANZAC biscuits! Recipe is up on the blog now, link in profile. You can also read a little about my visit to Gallipoli. Lest we forget.
Two years ago I was lucky enough to travel to Gallipoli in Turkey and pay tribute to our fallen soldiers. Baking a batch of ANZAC biscuits is a must do around ANZAC day so I decided it was a must to modify an old family recipe to be fructose friendly and dairy free.

Pumpkin Crumble

Something I really miss eating on a fructose friendly and low FODMAP diet is apple crumble or apple and rhubarb crumble, I’m sure you can all relate! I have been craving it the past few days and all of a sudden I had a brilliant idea. My craving for crumble, plus an excess of pumpkin in the fridge, equals Pumpkin Crumble!!
