I madly miss eating stewed fruit and apple crumble but this recipe is a great FODMAP friendly alternative. I can’t actually remember the last time I ate and apple or a pear, I use to be an apple a day person though. There is nothing better than chomping into a crispy sweet apple but I guess we all have to make sacrifices don’t we?

Fructose Friendly ANZAC Biscuits

ANZAC BISCUITS | I've modified a family recipe to created these fructose friendly and dairy free ANZAC biscuits! Recipe is up on the blog now, link in profile. You can also read a little about my visit to Gallipoli. Lest we forget.
Two years ago I was lucky enough to travel to Gallipoli in Turkey and pay tribute to our fallen soldiers. Baking a batch of ANZAC biscuits is a must do around ANZAC day so I decided it was a must to modify an old family recipe to be fructose friendly and dairy free.

Choc Peanut Butter Sandwich

Well apparently it ‘National Peanut Butter Day’ in the states today, I’m not sure that such a thing exists in Australia but I don’t need a reason to eat peanut butter! Peanut Butter is one of my favourites and what better way than to have it than sandwiched between two rounds of chocolatey goodness.
