After another trip to the supermarket spent searching through labels to find plenty of onion and garlic, I decided it was time to make my own chips and maybe create a slightly healthier option too! This recipe is super easy and the result being a chip that looks like you bought them from a gourmet deli. The best part being, you can flavour them however you please!

Previously I always loved snacking on honey coated nuts and now days I’m just jealous when I’m visit my local farmers market and I see all the tasty coated morsels! Its fairly rare that there are ones that are fructose friendly, so i decided to create my own! It only takes a few minutes and minimum ingredients to create a delicious healthy snack.
